Eligibility requirements vary depending on the event. Some events are exclusive to registered Devspace Club members, while others may be open to all students of SCET College or invited institutions.
Events may be free or paid depending on the event announcement. Registration is considered complete only after any required payment has been successfully verified.
Unless explicitly announced otherwise, registration fees and membership fees are non-refundable.
Participants are expected to attend the event according to the published schedule. Attendance may be mandatory for receiving participation certificates or other recognitions.
For team-based competitions, participants must follow the announced team size and eligibility requirements.
Participants must maintain respectful and professional behaviour throughout the event. Any misconduct may result in immediate disciplinary action.
Devspace Club reserves the right to modify schedules, venues, speakers, judges, prizes, event formats, timelines, or other arrangements whenever necessary. Any significant updates will be communicated through official channels.
Photographs and videos may be captured during Devspace Club events for documentation, promotional activities, social media, and official club publications. By participating, attendees consent to the use of such media unless they notify organizers in advance where practical.
Certificates will only be issued to eligible participants who satisfy the attendance and participation requirements announced for the respective event.
All decisions made by Devspace Club organizers regarding registrations, eligibility, judging, prizes, certificates, participation, and disciplinary matters shall be considered final.
